"Behind every great man is a great behind."
Margaret and Captain Whitfield, longtime friends, are playing gin. In O. R., Klinger stops Captain Whitfield from almost giving a patient the wrong blood type. Later, when Klinger goes to the supply tent, he finds Captain Whitfield drunk on the floor. When Margaret finds out, she has to remove the nurse from O. R. duty. Whitfield promises never to drink again. This causes her to have hallucinations as she recovers from her alcoholism. Meanwhile, Hawkeye drops Winchester's pants in O. R. and BJ denies being an accomplice. In a desperate attempt to clear his reputation, Hawkeye tries to pull a practical joke on himself and blame it on Winchester. BJ, however, causes the joke to backfire and, once more, Winchester has to appear in public without his trousers. Later, Hawkeye finds out from Klinger of BJ's plan to turn the joke around. Together, Hawkeye and Winchester plan revenge. The next morning BJ finds himself in his cot in the nurses’ tent, naked. When the medical staff is called to O. R., BJ walks out of the tent to find Hawkeye and Winchester taking pictures.
Trivia: What does Captain Whitfield say she has to do when she wants to go drink in the supply tent?
I don’t have much to say about this episode. It’s a decent episode for season 9.
