So I'm under 6 road miles from my NBC affiliate. (Probably under 3 as the crow flies) Upstairs on the primary TV we have Direct TV. Didn't drop the extra coin to hook up a secondary set downstairs. I recently picked up a digital/analog converter box to get something on the other tv. I should have that station thundering in here just jamming a paperclip in the back of the box. In stead it's on the border of weak and normal with a small outside antenna. W - - - You stink! Ok rant over thanks for playing along everybody.

Ok I got some antenna parts and cobbled something together. I now have affore mentioned NBC station coming in like thunder. How-some-ever.... I still can't get the Columbus stations at all. I cobbled together an antenna from an old broken unit salvaging the main bits... It's kind of a ----> shaped thing. I attached the center conductor of my coax to the long center part and the shield to the V shaped part and pointed the long part to the west. When this failed I did try spinning the thing in small incompetents a full 360 degrees.
